THE AFFIANT BEING FIRST DULY CAUTIONED,
AND SWORN, STATE THE FOLLOWING TO
BE TRUE STATEMENTS OF FACT ON PAIN
OF PERJURY.

During the Spirko trial, and before Deb Young testified (at that trial) she introduced me to her brother, John Willier, and his friend "Jeff". ("Jeff"s last name unknown)

John stated that the cops were pinning the (Mottinger) murder on him. He also stated that he wanted everybody to leave him alone, yet he wanted Deb, and me, to come over to his residence, so that he didn't have to have to eat his "Birthday Supper" while alone.

Shortly after we arrived at John's house, Deb started to prepare supper, questioning him, as to why he only had one knife. She also questioned John as to what had happened to the rest of the set. I seem to recall that his reply was that he had lost them.

Later, John asked me if he could talk to me, in private.

I accompanied him into what I thought was just another room. This room, I later discovered, was John's bedroom. After entering his bedroom, John grabbed me, and forcibly kissed me. He then wanted me to make love to him. But I refused. As a result, he pushed me down, on the bed. I told him that I would scream for Deb's help. John then "Backed Off." We then rejoined Deb, who was in the living room, and ate our supper.

Sometime later Deb received a telephone call, from her father (Troy Willier) who informed her that John had threatened to commit suicide. We traveled to his apartment, with Police, and found a suicide note. I did not read the note, but those who did seemed quite upset.

After John returned, from Toledo, Deb was very upset. She stated that nothing she could say, in court, could help her brother. Deb also stated that she would do just about anything to help John.

After returning, from the first day of court, in Van Wert, Ohio, Deb stated that Van Wert's Cop, ("Ralph") had talked to her. She also stated that "Ralph" was going to call her, later.

Later, Deb remarked that the Postal Inspectors had been at her residence, that morning. She told me that there were two knives, located

on a dresser within her apartment, which Deb asked me to conceal, at some other location, in the residence. She explained that she wanted the knives hidden, "Just in case the Postal Inspectors come back".
Also, I was instructed, by Deb, that only she was to be told of the location that I had concealed the knives. I hid the knives in a closet, located within Deb Young's apartment, and informed her where they were hidden.

Later, during that week, I discovered that the knives had been removed from the closet. When I asked Deb Young where the knives had gone, she told me that they were in a "Safe Place".

All during Spirko's trial, Deb Young received telephone calls, and messages, from "Ralph." Deb stated that "Ralph" was Chief Deputy, Detective of Van Wert County.

Also, Deb Young stated that "if anyone found out that she and "Ralph" were talking, and seeing each other, they would both be in hot water."

On several occassions Deb informed me that "Ralph" was meeting her, or that "Ralph" was going to be at our apartment, and that she wanted nobody there, or around the apartment, when he was coming over.

Deb was depressed one night, before sentencing, and was to go to The Imperial House, with "Ralph". She dressed up, and I was told that the man that accompanied Deb out of the door of the "Party Bar" was her cop boyfriend, "Ralph". Deb did not return that night, until ten o'clock the next morning. She told me that Ralph was "Big, Deformed, and had wore her ass out in bed the night before". Deb stated that she, and "Ralph" had sex, all night long. She was grinning from ear, to ear.

When I asked Deb if she was going to court that day "No", adding that she was no longer worried about going to court, and that she was sure that things were going to turn around in her Brother's (John Willier's) favor, later that week. The day Deb testified she came home and told me that knew that her brother was going to be freed of all charges.

I SWEAR THE FOREGOING STATEMENT
TO BE TRUE STATEMENT OF FACT.
