AFFIDAVIT

STATE OF OHIO

HANCOCK COUNTY

The Affiant being first duly cautioned and sworn states the following to be true statements of fact on pain of perjury.

The Spirko trial was going on when Deb Young and her father went to the trial with some man from Cinn., Ohio. When they came back, after spending the day there, she told me about Ralph.
Deb told me that he is the Detective Deputy of Van Wert, Ohio. I saw Ralph twice during the time that Deb was seeing him. She told me everything was alright and that her brother, John Willier, would not be charged with the murder of the Post Mistress.

I asked her how she could say that with all of the evidence that pointed to her Brother, John Willier, and Greg Seek.
She told me that everything would be taken care of, because Ralph would make sure of that.
Debbie told me that she would do anything to save her brother, John, even if it meant going to bed with someone to save him. That was a week in August 1984, before she even went to testify for John Willer. I remember that she wore the sexiest dress she had to the trial that day.

When the trial first started, Deb Young was down and depressed, but after she came back from Van Wert, she was happy and didn't have a care in the world.
After that day, she started to get all those phone calls from Ralph in Van Wert. Some days she would get two or three calls from him. Deb Young would talk to Ralph anywhere from one to three and half hours each time she was on the phone.

Deb was sure that John Willier would be set free.

The second or third week in August or September, John Willier came up the apartment with a friend of his. It was John's birthday and he was in a very good mood.
Deb and John went to the kitchen to talk. Deb came back into the living room and said some Postal Inspectors were coming to the apartment that afternoon to talk to her and John. She asked if Cathy and I would go to the Party Bar and wait for her. (Jerry didn't live there yet.) The people at the apartment were John Willier, his friend (that I didn't know), Cathy Moore, Scott Sayer, Deb Young, and myself.

After the Postal Inspectors left, Deb, John, and his friend (I have seen his friend twice before in July, 1982) came down to the Party Bar to join Cathy and me. Deb got some change and made a phone call, but I don't know where. She was on the phone for half an hour. Deb came back and I overheard her whisper to John that everything was going to be taken care and for him not to worry.

It wasn't until after the trial when anyone ever got to see Ralph. The second or third week in September, Deb told Cathy and I that Ralph had said that it would be better if she lived alone, so she kicked Cathy and me out of the apartment.

Two weeks ago in October, 1984, Doug Martin told me that Greg Seek and John Willier had killed the post mistress from Van Wert. I asked Doug Martin how he knew this, Doug said that Greg Seek had told him that they did!
Doug Martin has been a friend of Gregs for about two or three years, for about as long as I have known both Doug and Greg!
I met John Willier through Greg Seek! I met Deb Young in the Spring of 1984 at the Party Bar. I met Doug Martin through Sunshine!
I have known of Sunshine for eleven years and I met her in 1981 or 1982 through a runaway girl we both care alot about.
