Hernandez Postal Inspector Date Dictated: August 11, 1982 Mr. Romy Utrup, Manager of the Elgin Grain Elevator, was interviewed relative to his conversation with Mrs. Opal Seibert on 8/9/82 subsequent to the robbery of the Elgin, Ohio Post Office. Mr. Utrup indicated to us that Mrs. Seibert told him she saw the suspect and Mrs. Mottinger enter the brown car at the same time, through the same door. The car had been parked in front of the post office.
